We have upgraded all existing clients for those on total bandwidth plans to unmetered incoming traffic, previously some plans had offered free inbound but we haven't offered this on new orders for some time now.
Any bandwidth addons you may have will now count towards outbound only, if you no longer need the addon then you may contact us to have it cancelled.
The following plans now have unmetered incoming bandwidth:
- London SSD KVM
- Amsterdam / Los Angeles / Ashburn HDD KVM
- London / Amsterdam / Los Angeles / Ashburn OpenVZ
