If you are experiencing packet loss and/or loss of service, please first check our service status page for any known issues: https://status.iniz.com.

Should there be no service issue posted then please do the following and submit it to support:  https://my.iniz.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2

MTR investigates the network connection between the host mtr runs on and a user-specified destination host. After it determines the address of each network hop between the machines, it sends a sequence ICMP ECHO requests to each one to determine the quality of the link to each machine. As it does this, it prints running statistics about each machine.

For Windows, please download WinMTR: http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/ or https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/ and then run a MTR to your server IP and send us a copy of the report or screenshot.

For Linux, you may download from your package manager using yum/apt-get and then run "mtr --report ip".

Where IP, please run inbound to your server IP from your local PC and if possible also a reverse MTR from the server to your the destination having connection problem if you are experiencing packet loss but can connect to the VPS.
