If you are attempting to pay via debit/credit card through our site you may receive a error stating your card could not be saved. This may be due to:
- Address verification failed
- CVV verfiication failed
- Insufficient funds
If you are sure everything has been entered correctly then please contact us as we may be able to tell you further details on the decline where possible. In a lot of cases card declines are generic, so we don’t have much specific information as to why a charge was declined, in these cases we would kindly ask you to contact your issuer for further details.
